Position Summary: The eCommerce Associate plays a pivotal role in driving growth and maximizing sales potential with our pure-play & omni-channel eCommerce retailers. They will support the day-to-day activities of driving growth across our key eCommerce accounts, working closely with eCommerce Key Account Managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure we are well synchronized on the critical activities that will enable us to optimize our opportunities. We’re looking for teammates who excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are goal-oriented, collaborative, and excited to drive the Instinct brand forward.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage eCommerce product catalogs online to ensure that Instinct is represented accurately to optimize the consumer’s experience with our brand.
Support daily account interactions. Prioritize, identify and resolve daily customer and retailer partner issues, including being the expert in Amazon Vendor Central and Chewy Vendor Partner Portal.
Analyze market and organizational sales data to measure digital performance KPIs, translate into actionable strategies that drive sales, conversion and market share growth.
Provide supporting inputs for Business Review cycles.
Enable and drive excellence in execution, leveraging close collaboration with internal and external partners, detailed account and project management, and consistent and clear communication.
Effectively manage Instinct assortment. Work closely with Marketing to ensure content, images, and digital assets are accurate and optimized for conversion.
Ensure operational excellence through close collaboration with Supply Chain team to maintain in-stock status on-site, forecast demand, optimize new fulfillment opportunities, plan for peak periods, and improve/eliminate chargebacks.
Protect our brand equity and work to aggressively own and maintain the Buy Box.
Benchmark and assess Instinct and competitive retail execution through qualitative and quantitative data points.
Continually seek to improve Instinct online and interactive experiences by researching and staying well-informed of new and innovative solutions and capabilities, key competitor actions, industry trends and emerging customer and market needs.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years related work experience, preferably within CPG
Understanding of Amazon's algorithms, search optimization strategies, and advertising platforms
Management of eCommerce platforms / businesses (eg: Vendor Central)
Category Management (Pricing, Assortment, and Market Share Analysis)
Organic and/or paid search optimization
High degree of proficiency across Microsoft Office
Travel Requirements:
15% travel for participation in key customer meetings, industry events, or in-market visits
If based remotely, quarterly travel to Instinct home office in St. Louis, MO
Annual travel to Lincoln, NE for Company Rally
