Responsibilities

Independently manage client matters from inception to resolution

Develop and execute strategies to achieve client objectives and manage expectations effectively

Provide high-level support on various family law cases

Handle pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations matters comprehensively

Maintain an active caseload of 20-30 cases

Collaborate efficiently with skilled paralegals and delegate tasks effectively

Conduct discovery, legal research, and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of successful experience in Colorado family law

Proficiency in practicing family law in Colorado

Extensive knowledge of complex family law cases, including those involving business interests and financial complexities

Ability to manage a caseload of a minimum of 20 active cases and meet billable hour requirements

Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism

Commitment to professional development and continuing legal education
