  • Position requires travel around the state of Illinois *Job Duties and Responsibilities: Account Management and Engagement:Territory Oversight: Conduct regular visits to dispensaries within your assigned area, offering support and nurturing relationships with budtenders and staff.Key Account Manager Support: Partner with the Key Account Management team to devise and implement growth strategies, ensuring alignment with the broader market objectives.Client Relations: Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, delivering customized product recommendations to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.Performance Monitoring: Use CRM data to track and manage key account manager incentives and assess performance against set goals.Brand and Market Development:Brand Advocacy: Act as a Breeze Canna ambassador at every touch point, industry events and shows, raising brand awareness and contributing to market expansion efforts.Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions and account management practices.Community Engagement: Forge and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including budtenders, dispensary owners, and consumers, reinforcing Breeze Canna’s market presence.Training, Resources, and Feedback:Educational Initiatives: Create and distribute materials to educate retail partners, budtenders and store managers on promotional and product programs.Incentive Management: Oversee the distribution of incentives, managing logistics and vendor relations to ensure smooth execution.Insight Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from various stakeholders to continuously refine and improve strategies and incentives.Strategic Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive reports to management, detailing account performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations for future growth.Skills and Requirements: Age and Compliance: Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all state and local cannabis regulations.Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Experience as a sales representative, budtender or brand ambassador is highly valued.Independence: Ability to work independently and remotely, with the readiness to travel within the assigned territory. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Availability: Expectation to work in the office with flexibility to attend evening or weekend events as required.Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building and maintaining strong professional relationships.Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills, critical for managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.Industry & Product Knowledge: Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including products, strains, consumption methods, and trends, is advantageous.Systems Knowledge: Google Sheets, LeafLink, Outfield CRM, Gmail, Google DriveBenefits & Perks $45K starting annual salary Medical, Dental, and Vision offerings (BCBS) available for self and dependents with subsidized cost after 90 days of employment Generous PTO Policy Flexible scheduling when applicable
