DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support VP of Strategy and Development to source and evaluate site specific performance data from brokers, landowners, developers, after initial opportunity contact by VP StratDev.
  • Assist VP StratDev negotiating LOIs and PSAs with Sellers, coordinating internal stakeholder input, such as Legal, Construction, Finance.
  • When applicable, coordinate with local market brokers or advisors.
  • Engage with local economic development agencies in determining site availability, incentives, and entitlement timeframes.
  • Support Director of Power StratDev coordinating land Seller and local utility providers in determining availability, timing, and cost of service
  • Coordinate customer and internal executive deliverables with key stakeholders. Develop land business cases justifying land deal exclusivity deposit expenditures, with input from internal stakeholders.
  • Identify, develop, and propose opportunities to support our growth by managing relationships and upscaling our tools and processes to support our evolving needs. Drive real time internal oral and written communication on land and power opportunities and risks. Continually contribute to cross functional property and power activity tracking succinctly defining topic, action owner, action deadlines.
  • Monitor customer and competitor land and power sourcing and regularly update internal dbases with relevant data.
  • Gather, collate and analyze due diligence data to support Purchase Sale Agreements, financial underwriting, property purchase close and subsequent resolution of easements, rezoning, entitlements, power delivery.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
