We are looking for a proactive, independent Director, Revenue Operations to support revenue growth through strategic planning and streamlined operations. This is a new leadership role that will leverage technology and data-driven decision-making to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s go-to-market efforts.
This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to pioneer the next frontier in sports and to contribute to the continued rapid scaling of one of the fastest-growing companies in sports tech.
Responsibilities
Our offices in Durham, Denver, Richmond, and Brisbane are open for work, collaboration, and optional team-building events – but as a remote-first company, we also have teammates working from places across the globe, including New York, London, Perth, and Austin.

Responsibilities
- Implement and manage revenue forecasting, reporting, and analytics to provide insights, drive actionable recommendations, and assist with resource planning.
- Partner with functional stakeholders to establish and monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of revenue-generating activities across markets and products.
- Design processes and controls to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and reliability in the revenue cycle key performance indicators.
- Align strategies and resources across marketing, sales, and customer success to achieve revenue engine goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains across the entire revenue cycle from lead generation to customer retention.
- Evaluate, manage, and optimize the GTM technology stack to support marketing, sales and customer success needs.
- 7+ years of progressive operations experience, including 3-5+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within a high-growth, financial sponsor-backed B2B SaaS company.
- Thorough understanding of best practices for revenue cycle processes and systems.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Quantifiable experience driving revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements.
- Experience collaborating successfully across sales, marketing, customer success and finance functions.
- Strong analytical acumen both interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
- Deep expertise with Salesforce and broader GTM tech stack (e.g. HubSpot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Akoonu, Outreach, ClientSuccess, Gainsight, Outreach, 6sense) revenue analytics tools.
