The Role

Join the newly formed Marketing Operational Excellence & Creative team. This team develops and drives marketing strategy, planning, impact reporting, operations, learning and development, associate engagement, and creative execution for Institutional & Asset Management Marketing. In this player/mentor role, you will manage a team of 5 Marketing Project Managers that play an important role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects across Marketing. They also ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines, making sure that projects progress efficiently from conception to delivery. In this fast-paced environment, you will drive project visibility through detailed project plans, milestone reporting, and clear communication for the initiatives you handle.

The Expertise And Skills You Bring

Using your entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative working style you will proactively address problems and connect teams to deliver projects on time. With your strong negotiation skills you will help to prioritize work with business partners. And you will continuously drive to improve delivery and execution through your knowledge of standard methodologies and processes.

  • 5+ years of project and program management experience.
  • Strong attention to details and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management platforms – preferably Workfront.
  • Strong ability to influence others and build professional relationships at all levels.
  • Marketing and financial services industry knowledge preferred.
  • BA/BS required.

The Project Management team works across the organization to ensure that projects are not only delivered on time, but also that the right teams are involved to deliver effective products.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
