What You’ll Be Doing
Developing a strategic, revenue-generating Peer-to-Peer fundraising program.
Leading and managing a talented Peer-to-Peer fundraising team.
Overseeing contract negotiations, including corporate sponsorships and vendor partnerships.
Designing internal processes to maximize revenue and efficiency.
Collaborating with the VP of Development and Marketing to align brand and strategy.
About You
A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public relations, philanthropic studies or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
10 yrs of experience with a Proven track record in developing and growing Peer-to-Peer fundraising programs.
Effective in leading, managing, and mentoring a large team.
Experience with revenue-generating events and corporate sponsorship strategies.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
