What you'll do

The Director of Partner Programs and Success is responsible for developing strategies, and driving initiatives and engagement plans to support partners delivering business outcomes at scale, working alongside Partner Leaders, Enablement & Marketing teams and Docusign Community, Operations, Legal, and Developer teams to deliver a world class experience for all partner types. This Director will work with cross-functional teams to build out programs that incentivize partners to build, sell, and deliver with Docusign, ensuring that high-quality results are delivered within established resources and deadlines. The Director will maintain operational excellence in managing multiple cross functional initiatives with direct impact, and support the ecosystem to meet aggressive partner ecosystem growth goals.

This role requires working in a dynamic matrix organization, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of collaborators (internally and externally) both orally and in writing. In addition, the Director must be able to drive conversations and decisions across many of our internal organizations such as Customer Success teams, Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, Community, Sales and Business Development.

This position is a leadership role and will require managing a team of Program Managers to implement specific programs and workstreams to drive visibility and accountability for all partners. This professional will be passionate about a SaaS business model driven by a vibrant partner ecosystem and has very strong collaborator management skills.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Group Vice President, Partner Development & Alliances.

Responsibility

  • Develop a framework to recruit, incentivize and develop Docusign Partners for all partner types (SIs, Resellers, ISVs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to create and deliver resources and capabilities to support, enable and engage partners
  • Manage and maintain Partner Portal and other partner facing tools and systems
  • Create and oversee internal and partner-facing programs spanning partner development, enablement, offer development, go-to-market, customer success and product development,, including goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired program outcomes
  • Direct a team of program managers to drive or support programs to support growth goals and objectives across our Build, Sell and Deliver motions
  • Develop and manage detailed, complex, cross-team project or program plans that take into account all requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with defined objectives
  • Provide insights and perspectives on Partner coverage, capabilities, governance, and metrics to manage business performance
  • Serve as a point of contact for teams, including vendors, working on various projects to ensure team actions remain in synergy, meet required high standards of deliverables and adhere to deadlines
  • Engage with regional teams about international deployment of capabilities and content
  • Deliver clear status communication to project teams, collaborators, and leadership teams

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12+ years in a Sr. Leadership role with related industry experience across program management, consulting, partner operations, and go to market readiness/enablement, with experience implementing a global partner program framework

Preferred

  • MBA or Master’s degree in related field
  • Ability to work in a matrix, enterprise organization with multiple systems
  • Management skills including leadership, autonomy, ownership, adaptability, self-motivation, highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, works well under pressure
  • Produces a high volume of accurate deliverables with tight deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to recognize patterns in data, translate into visuals, and build stories from the insights to drive action
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple software systems: Microsoft 360, Google Suite, project management software
  • Roll up your sleeves attitude to stand up new programs and enhance existing programs
  • Ability to direct and steer cross-functional teams and ensure quality and accountability
  • Ability to multitask, work under tight timelines and work with geographically distributed teams
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills, assist in developing and executive level presentation

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary

Washington DC: $151,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
