We are a direct-hire employment agency that hosts monthly job fair events in Metro Detroit.
We are recruiting a Director of Talent Acquisition for local companies based in Metro Detroit with 50 to 750 employees.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals
Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and workforce planning strategies
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition or similar senior role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrable experience with talent acquisition metrics and systems
Ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hourly Pay Range:
$60 - $80 per hour
