Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the mission and vision of Brand Advance SSP

- Lead and manage a team of strategic planners and collaborate with other departments to align on goals and objectives

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends in media and entertainment

- Identify new partnerships and business opportunities to expand reach and impact

- Oversee the development of comprehensive strategies for content creation, distribution, and audience engagement

- Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed to ensure success

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in the media or entertainment industry

- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
