Job Description: Service Director

Location: Charlotte Metro

Reports to: Regional Director of Operations North America

Position Summary: Responsible for the growth and profitability of the service business segment. This role involves setting and executing strategies, managing the service organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 service professionals.
• Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing individuals.
• Communicate financial results to management and accurately forecast future results.
• Develop and implement service-level agreements with customers, including pricing, terms, and performance metrics.
• Create and execute strategies to grow the service business and achieve financial targets.
• Ensure smooth transitions from project business units to aftermarket service.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements for CRM systems.
• Ensure field technicians follow established safety protocols.
• Monitor and manage the supply chain for spare parts.

Quality Control:

• Follow procedures and maintain customer orientation.
• Conduct quality control within the work domain.
• Ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
• Respect client and employer property.
• Communicate any unclear tasks to the responsible party.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years managing a service organization.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Practical, adaptable, resourceful, and organized.
• Self-motivated and confident, with training capabilities.
• Outgoing personality with a focus on customer relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
