Director of Quality

Hiring QUALITY DIRECTOR (ISO IATF & Continuous Improvement) for Hi Growth Business with an Entrepreneurial and Collaborative Leadership Team

Because of their growth and expansion and strong focus to quality and IATF certification, we are actively recruiting for a QUALITY DIRECTOR for our manufacturing client in the greater Raleigh / Durham area.

This is an exciting time to join a innovative business that works with a variety of industries such as Automotive, Electronics and other hi-tech markets.

• You will reinvigorate their Quality Program expansion project to obtain IATF certification.
• You will identify opportunities to use lean manufacturing / continuous improvements that will help them meet their production, quality and customer needs.
• You will apply hands-on creative energy, lead a team of experienced quality professionals, and ensure company third-party accreditations are maintained (ISO 9001, IATF16949)
• You and your team will conduct internal audits, customer quality inspections, process audits, and establish and support the development quality KPIs.

Background

• Bachelor's Degree
• Quality Management experience (approx 5+ years)
• Experience with ISO 9001 / IATF16949 is a BIG plus
• Production scale up experience highly desirable
• Lean Manufacturing experience (Six sigma, Kaizen or other)
