Director of Project Management

Liquid Agency is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Director of Program Management. This is a remote, work from home position but you must be located in the US and available to work primarily west coast hours.

As Director of Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery and continuous improvement of Liquid Agency’s services.

What you’ll do:

You will oversee the budget and timely delivery of multi-disciplinary client deliverables, ensuring alignment with Liquid’s standards of quality and efficiency

Lead and optimize collaborative workflows across various departments, while actively managing and improving program management practices

Drive continuous improvement and fiscal responsibility within the program management team

Support new business initiatives and ensure the development and management of high-performing talent

Ensure best practices for project approaches, budget estimates, and job tracking while maintaining established margins

What you bring:

15+ years of experience leading multi-office and remote teams to deliver on-time and on-budget multi-disciplinary deliverables

5+ years leading a program or project management team at a creative agency

Proven ability to direct multiple program managers across various offices, accounts, and engagements

Experience managing projects of $3M or larger and maintaining fiscal responsibility

Strong negotiation, organizational, and people management skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative, curious, confident, and empathetic with a knack for building trusted relationships
