A Food & Beverage Manufacturing company is looking for a Director of Process Engineering to join their team. This individual will be responsible for leading the engineering team with strategic decision-making, project development, and daily manufacturing at the site.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the design process for project development through close out
Support troubleshooting, water reduction initiatives, processing and utilities
Lead the engineering and projects team for capital projects at the site
Coordinate process control activities with automation team as well as engineering designs for process equipment
Skill set will include:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering / related
3-5 years of leadership experience
Food industry experience preferred – high-speed manufacturing environment experience required
