We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Partnerships to lead our platform partnerships within the creator industry. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of alliance or business development experience, specifically working with prominent companies in the creator space. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance our platform's value proposition and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify and prioritize potential platform partners within the creator industry to expand our ecosystem
Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and maintain high-impact partnerships
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our business objectives
Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and fostering long-term collaboration
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring mutual benefits and continuous improvement
Market and Industry Insight:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the creator industry
Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact partnerships
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market and partner feedback
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities with partners
Collaborate with the product team to align partnership goals with product development and enhancements
Reporting and Analytics:
Track, measure, and report on the performance of partnership initiatives against defined KPIs and business objectives
Utilize data and analytics to assess the impact of partnerships and identify areas for optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in partnership or business development roles, with a focus on the creator industry
Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships with enterprise companies in and around the creator industry
Strong understanding of the creator economy, digital platforms, and fintech solutions
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed
