Requirements
Fluent in Spanish
10 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership
passion for food and service
History of achievement in creating systems and deriving strong execution
Expert at Change management
Problem solver - demonstrated ability to solve problems and create structure
Entrepreneurial spirit - this is a results driven role - no hand holding
