Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• 10 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership
• passion for food and service
• History of achievement in creating systems and deriving strong execution
• Expert at Change management
• Problem solver - demonstrated ability to solve problems and create structure
• Entrepreneurial spirit - this is a results driven role - no hand holding
