• Director of Nursing (DON) will lead clinical staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and home health aides.
• Director of Nursing (DON) will develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for safe and effective patient care, aligning with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and accreditation standards.
• Director of Nursing (DON) will monitor clinical outcomes and quality metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Director of Nursing (DON) will collaborate with the leadership team to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and effective budget management.
• Director of Nursing (DON) will conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to optimize patient care delivery and staff development

.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Washington, DC.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing leadership experience, preferably in home health, with expertise in patient assessment and care plan development.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and accreditation standards, ensuring compliance and quality care.
• Proficiency with OASIS data and documentation.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills, fostering a collaborative work environment.
