At Touchstone Communities® we are proud to deliver excellent healthcare and customer service to everyone we come in contact with. Within our 23 communities and five Veterans Homes, all located in Texas, we provide skilled nursing and long-term care, rehabilitation services, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and respite care.
