Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced IT Director to handle North America Regional IT (Information Technology) functions in our company. You will be in charge of the IT system operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies in the Region, and ensure IT systems and the region is effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company.
Responsibilities
-Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals
-Coordinate the regional process architecture, data architecture and IT information system construction
-Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
-Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
-Establish a close cooperative relationship with regional managers and business teams
Implement other tasks arranged by upper management.
Requirements and skills
-Proven more than 5 years of overseas regional IT overall operations experience.
-Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
-Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
-Outstanding communication abilities.
-BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
-Excellent spoken and written skills in Chinese and English.
