We are seeking a savvy, experienced Director of Information Technology to join our dynamic team in Sedona, AZ. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing advanced IT strategies to support our unique resort experience and infrastructural needs.
Responsibilities
Defining and executing the technology strategy for our platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
Serving as the resort's principal technical advisor, assisting guests with their IT requirements and issues.
Ensuring seamless and efficient technology infrastructure that aligns with compliance standards.
Managing PCI and PII compliance to minimize risk.
Providing captivating and relevant training programs to resort staff.
Representing our resort in IT organizations and meetings with both professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in an IT supervisory role, with substantial knowledge of LAN/WAN networks.
Proficiency in Microsoft infrastructure services, server systems, and virtualization technologies.
Experience with TCP IP, MS Exchange, MS ISA, group policy, and hotel-related systems.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
