About the Role

The Director of HR will be a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic direction and leadership for all aspects of our human resources function.

Responsibilities

Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.

Partner with business leaders to identify and address talent needs across the organization.

Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Manage FMLA and all other leave requests.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR.

Managing all non-exempt administrative staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or, years of experience may be substituted for education.

10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the HR function.

Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
