What is the Purpose of the Role:

As the Director of Fundraising, you will collaborate with Unidef to strategize fundraising initiatives and engage potential investors. Your primary responsibility will involve effectively conveying the project's vision, mission, and investment opportunities to attract and retain high-value investors.


This leadership role entails developing and executing a comprehensive plan to secure investments for the organization and fostering and strengthening relationships with prospective investors.


About Our Client

Our client is a token project with over one million community members and growing, aiming to establish itself as one of the leading crypto projects in the market. The project operates on a community-based model with no individual ownership. In the event of successful fundraising, your compensation will be in the form of a success fee. The investment amount can vary within a wide range of countries or jurisdictions where such fundraising is legal and appropriate. For phases 2 and 3, our client needs nearly $20 million USD.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an investment strategy tailored to the project's needs
  • Implement a successful fundraising strategy
  • Identify and assess diverse investment opportunities
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs), best practices, and more
  • Cultivate investor relationships for the project
  • Expand and manage a network, promoting investment opportunities for the Client and associated projects
  • Identify and engage potential collaborators in the industry
  • Establish effective communication channels:
  • Strategize, organize and execute investor communication plans
  • Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with various investors experienced in crypto/token projects


Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

  • Extensive and influential network within reputable Venture Capitals, investment firms, banks, fund management entities, family offices, etc.
  • Willingness to work on a success fee agreement and contract basis
  • Substantial experience in fundraising and investor relations
  • Preferable experience in token investments


Payment Structure:

  • Compensation will be based on a success fee model
