We are looking for a Director of Foodservice Sales, West to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving distribution and sales with enthusiasm and passion for Oatly’s purpose, mission, and values. Reporting to the SVP of Foodservice, the position exists to drive sales, build market share, and increase brand awareness while establishing long-term relationships with distributors, brokers, and key customers within the foodservice channel.
Qualified candidates must reside in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zone for business need.
Here are the things we want to hire you to do:
Partner with the Senior Vice President of Foodservice, their peers, and teammates to build out, implement, and drive our foodservice sales strategy across the US
Build strong and credible relationships with major foodservice operators, headquarter accounts, distributors, and brokers
Direct annual planning in the geography for all business related to general broad-line foodservice and specialty coffee distribution
Evaluate short and long-term goals to ensure sales resources are utilized to deliver against the overall company strategy
Directly manage regional customers and coordinate the management of all other accounts
Own budgeting and forecasting of sales for the assigned region and participate in the development of strategic direction and goals for the team
Lead and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers in their journey at Oatly while in execution of company strategy and goal attainment
Enhance and foster a culture of support, positivity, and accountability within the team
Here Are The Things We Think You Need
Minimum of 7 years in the greater foodservice channel with an expert understanding of the national foodservice landscape
Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience
50%+ travel as needed/required
Director of Foodservice Sales, West must reside in Central, Mountain or Pacific time zone
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A history of proven organizational growth
Experience building, leading, and guiding teams
Ability to communicate strategy, tactics, and results to senior leadership
Passion for relationship building across team as well as external broker partners, buyers, and distributors
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, while thriving in a remote environment
Problem-solving skills and desire to bring creative solutions to business opportunities

The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, or equity as applicable. Our good faith estimate range is $135,000 - $160,000.
