Director of Finance

Our client, a multi-channel agency, is seeking their next Director of Finance. As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, guiding its financial strategy and maintaining its fiscal stability.

Key Responsibilities

:Managing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing

Develop and implement best practices and tools. Ensure that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet the organization’s business objectives and are conducted in accordance with regulations and accounting principles and standards. Utilize tracking tools, work with management and senior leadership to establish corrective measures and prepare detailed reports for the Leadership Tea

Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding financial functions. This includes tax planning and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations. Direct the Finance and accounting team and ensure their ongoing professional development and traini

Work with senior managers to develop forecasting and client support models, budget and staffing proposals. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and driving efficiency. Oversee weekly cash management and AP Department, approve large payables, sign checks, authorize large wires and sign off on monthly Cash Forec
