Director of Enterprise Partner Alliances

Location: Remote with 35% International and Domestic travel for the year

Compensation: 155,000K+ for base salary with a performance bonus that is uncapped.

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing software company that is looking for a tenured leader to oversee a team of Partner Managers. Your team will be working with Fortune500 Partners and some key Fortune 50 Strategic Partners. This role is remote, but keep in mind that you will be traveling both domestic and international to EMEA/European Partners.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Enterprise Partner Alliances to lead the global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our partner strategy, cultivating relationships with key partners, and driving joint initiatives to accelerate growth and market leadership. You will be mentoring, coaching, recruiting, and leading a team of partner reps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy that aligns with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners that complement the martech product offerings and enhance our market position.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners at all levels of their organizations, from C-suite to operational teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to drive joint partner initiatives and deliver value to customers.
- Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to partner activities and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Lead a team of 5+ partner sales representatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the marketing, digital solutions, brand strategy or similar software organization
- 3+ years of Leadership over a Partner Alliance or Partnerships team
- Proven track record of successfully developing and scaling partner programs that drive revenue growth.
- Proven track record of leading a team of partner sales reps, account managers, or similar team within a SaaS organization
- Ability to lead a team of 5 or more reps
- Ability to travel internationally on occasion
