Director of Emergency Services Responsibilities:
- The overall direction of the Emergency Department.
- Accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care
- The overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management of the Emergency Department
- It is required to be onsite.
- Reports to CNO
Director of Emergency Services Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- AL RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum three plus (3+) years of inpatient Hospital Emergency Department management Experience
