We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Education.
Position Overview: As the Director of Education, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Education Department and spearheading the development of innovative programs and courses. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
Department Management: Oversee the Education Department, including budget management, strategic planning, and staff supervision.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with industry leaders and subject matter experts to stay abreast of technological advancements and trends.
Program Development: Lead the design and implementation of educational programs that align with our mission and meet the needs of our members.
Customer Service: Ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiries related to education and training.
Continuous Improvement: Implement metrics to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements as needed.
Compliance: Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and uphold the integrity of our educational offerings.
Requirements
Five or more years of relevant experience
Master's degree in nursing or related field
Demonstrated success in developing and delivering engaging educational programs
Experience in remote-based and collaborative work environments
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Box, and learning management systems
