#TalesFromTheRoad I was in a client meeting the other day and they were dead set on hiring more SDRs to increase outreach. We redirected the conversation to refining their ideal customer profile and target audience first. In clearly defining who you want to target, your outreach will become more efficient, and you are likely to have better conversion rates.
