We are a rapidly growing skincare company dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative products to our customers. Our mission is to enhance the natural beauty and well-being of our clients through effective and luxurious skincare solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of eCommerce to lead our digital sales strategy and drive growth across multiple online platforms.


The Director of eCommerce will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance our brand presence across key platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the eCommerce landscape, particularly within the skincare or beauty industry, and a proven track record of managing brands with annual revenues between $10m-$30m. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading a team and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a robust eCommerce strategy to increase online sales and market share across Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart platforms.
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce channels, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of eCommerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and platform representatives to ensure seamless execution of eCommerce strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for online sales and data security.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting performance metrics, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, with a significant portion spent in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling brands with annual revenues between $10m-$30m.
  • Expertise in Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart platforms, with a deep understanding of their unique requirements and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation in the eCommerce space.
