Job Summary

As the VP of Culinary Services at Flik Independent School Dining, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest culinary standards across our organization. Leading a team of culinary professionals, you will be responsible for overseeing menu creation, cost management, and ensuring culinary excellence. Your contribution will be instrumental in supporting chefs through training, development, and upholding standards in all culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing culinary leaders to uphold divisional standards.
• Introducing and implementing culinary programs in alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborating with purchasing and supply chain teams to optimize ingredient selection and supplier relationships.
• Supporting new account openings and overseeing culinary innovation projects.
• Strategically managing menu offerings, food costs, and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume settings.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to innovate and drive growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office, recipe management, and nutrition systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
