As The Director, Client Strategy & Analytics You Will

  • Client Services Leadership: Lead client services for key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and establishing strong business relationships with clients. Run client meetings and deliver presentations across various platforms to communicate strategies, results, and insights.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze client data to pull insights critical for improving returns on media investments. Communicate these insights effectively to clients and use them to inform strategic optimizations and budget assessments.
  • Strategic Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between Bliss Point Media’s media and product teams. Lead the implementation of individual media strategies for each client, coordinating efforts across creative development, media planning, and campaign execution.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of clients’ campaigns, including strategic planning, execution, optimization, and analysis. Ensure campaigns are aligned with clients' goals, KPIs, and budget requirements.
  • New Business Development: Participate in efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and expansion of Bliss Point Media's client portfolio.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor members of the Client Strategy team, fostering career growth and development. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and excellence in client services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance client services processes and campaign management practices, leveraging technology and data analytics where possible.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a strategy, marketing, finance, consultancy, or related field, with significant experience in client-facing roles and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and leading successful marketing or media campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
  • High level of comfort with quantitative concepts and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-facing role demanding clarity and concision.
  • Exceptional personal organization and attention to detail.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $135,000 - $150,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).
