With 1050 families and on the heels of a $12M renovation, Idle Hour is looking for our next Catering Director to compliment our incoming Executive Chef and again make Idle Hour the place for Macon’s finest events.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Catering at IDLE HOUR CLUB located in Macon, GA. The Director of Catering will be responsible for overseeing catering sales, managing food and beverage operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales in the catering department.

Catering Sales and Sales skills
Experience in food and beverage management
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of catering operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
