This organisation delivers innovative hardware and software solutions that enable digitalisation and efficiency and improve IAQ within the Built Environment.
We’re looking to add a key member to its sales team, with this opening remote within the US.
The Director of Business Development will take responsibility for growing its sales function, so we're looking for a customer-focused, hands-on industry leader with a consistent record of exceeding sales growth goals.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Own the daily execution of the GTM strategy, focused on securing strategic relationships with end users/channel partners.
Deliver on annual sales metrics: MRR, ARR.
New business development.
Work cross-functionally to provide market feedback to its internal product development teams.
What our clients looking for in an ideal candidate?
Passionate about technology that positively impacts decarbonisation efforts within the Built Environment.
4+ years of experience selling smart building hardware and/or software.
Strong technical understanding of the smart buildings/energy efficiency / HVAC ecosystem.
Experience selling to; Pharma/Healthcare, Universities/Schools a plus.
