Executive Recruiter - Accounting and Finance Specialist
LHH is working with a company who is looking for a Director of Business Development. The candidate must live in the Tampa area or Orlando area. The position is fully remote.
The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting accountants at a staffing firm or someone who has been an accountant and wants to get into consultative sales.
The person hired for the position will be expected to execute a proven sales process to achieve activity quotas and revenue goals. They will also be expected to develop new business within the Business Process Outsourcing and Fractional accounting services.
They will also be tasked with research trends and will have to identify key decision makers within the target market.
They will also perform numerous, high quality, outreach connections with decision makers and market influencers by phone, email, and social platforms to set up in-person meetings.
