Company Description

Infab designs, manufactures, and distributes radiation protection apparel and equipment. Our products include aprons, eyewear, gloves, barriers, racks, scatter shields, and sterile drapes. These products are sold to hospital systems, cardiac catheterization labs, radiology centers, and distribution partners. We enable health care providers and patients to benefit from the diagnostic capabilities of imaging technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Position reports to the CEO.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a one, three and five-year sales plan.
  • Formulate strategy to achieve the sales plans.
  • Enhance relationships with existing sales channel partners to increase sales of existing products.
  • Identify and support market introduction of new products.
  • Analyze internal ERP data, and external industry data, to develop market analysis that will guide efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Perform pricing analysis across a matrix of products and sales channels.
  • Develop, cultivate, and manage ongoing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify and obtain new contracts and pricing agreements with hospital networks and GPO organizations.
  • Identify and partner with new domestic and international distributors.
  • Travel, as needed, to attend industry events and meet with current and potential customers.

Required Qualifications and Personal Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the healthcare industry and demonstrated success in business development.
  • Curious about the healthcare market, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Data-oriented, practical, and thoughtful approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated past success in Business Development in healthcare or similar industry.
  • Past contracting experience with GPO’s and national distributors is helpful.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Goal oriented and strong sense of accountability.
