Director of Business Development

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Business Development at ICON plc. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading new business development initiatives, creating and executing business plans, generating leads, conducting contract negotiations, and managing accounts. The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive business growth and meet targets.

• Strong experience in new business development and account management
• Proven ability to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
• Excellent skills in business planning and strategy development
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
