We are seeking a Director of Business Development to support our Franchise Development group! If you’re interested, read on. This is a remote position, but requires some travel.

Demonstrated team leader with an understanding of franchise development practices
Adaptability
Good follow through and relationship building skills
Business Knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate & build a consensus
Proficiency in G-Suite
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees and leads broker relationship management
Tracks new and emerging trends for continual development
Developments new strategic partnerships
Writes and proposes plans to achieve long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements
Maintains a working knowledge of all phases of business development
Works directly with the Development Directors and Franchise Development Managers on a regular basis to ensure that brand objectives are met for each brand’s development goals
Responsible for daily interactions with brokers within all networks to keep FranDevCo top of mind
Attend several conferences and tradeshows to continue to build relationships
