Digital Account Director
The Digital Account Director will serve as the senior point of contact for our clients across multiple accounts, leading them through digital media strategy, execution, and analysis process. You will bring value to the business through a wide range of ideas and solutions, proven leadership and day-to-day managements of accounts, and participation in larger strategy and cross-channel initiatives for the department.

Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Lead the development of digital media plans across multiple channels including PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Online Video etc. that align with client marketing and business objectives
- Oversee the execution of digital media plans to ensure campaigns align with clients' performance goals and KPI’s
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure proper coverage on all aspects of campaign management; media plan and strategy sign off from clients, management of client expectations around campaign timelines, accuracy in reporting, oversight of strategic campaign objectives, etc.
- Be held accountable to ROI metrics, as well as brand metrics when required; total accountability for campaign performance sits with you
- Manage projects that aid in the optimization of media (i.e. vendor interface, forecasting, performance analysis)
- Effectively balance the dual expectations of our clients and the agency
- Clearly establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives
- Develop, articulate, and adhere to agreed upon deliverables for your team
- Ensure client expectations and requirements are clearly understood and communicated effectively to the relevant team members and departments
- Maintain overall satisfaction and retention of clients on assigned programs/campaigns
- Prepare thorough, accurate and consistent work to clients reflective of the agency's quality standards
- Act as clients’ senior advisor and escalation point of contact for any account issues that arise
- Establish clear objectives and priorities for yourself and your team; prioritize, delegate and manage daily workload of team members ensuring all tasks are being completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage, train and develop an ambitious, digital-savvy team who are eager to learn and progress in their career
- Participate in New Business pitches when needed
- Travel to client meetings and pitches as needed
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 6-7 years’ experience in digital media; preferably in an agency or advertiser environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading and managing a team; director or indirectly
- You are experienced in account management and have proven success in establishing, building, and maintaining relationships with clients
- You are experienced and knowledgeable in the following, but not limited to: Paid Facebook (or other social), Display, AdWords (Gmail campaign management, GDN campaign management), Bing (PPC), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
- You are very familiar with core online tools (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager) and media planning tools
- You have demonstrated success in "owning" high-quality programs that have provided measurable and meaningful results
- You have experience in participating or leading presentations, talking with clarity and confidence to clients and team members, and writing concise presentations and proposals
- You enjoy leading teams and have previous experience training and developing junior staff
- You can manage multiple projects with short timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment and experienced in managing projects from concept to completion
- You work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy, strict confidentiality, and a professional demeanor
- You enjoy interacting with people at all levels of the organization (internal and external stakeholders) and fostering strong cross-functional teamwork
- You have outstanding written and oral communications skills and the ability to think strategically
- You have a high level of attention to detail and organization
- You have a desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You are self-motivated and productive in both independently and in a collaborative team setting
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field of study
- You are advanced in Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and Microsoft PowerPoint (i.e. deck building)
- You have experience with DoubleClick and Programmatic DSP’s
