Every year, the Resonance team gathers at our annual mid-year meeting in anticipation of reviewing recent successes (and missed opportunities) and to plan for the future. This week, more than 20 of us spent three gloriously sunny days together in our main office in Vancouver, B.C. We reviewed our performance as a business, our processes and procedures, and our positioning and products. We also dove deep into the theme of our gathering—Level Up— and how to more meaningfully create transformative strategies, brands and campaigns that attract talent, visitors and residents to destinations, cities and communities. But we also ate, cooked for each other, bragged about kids, cats and dogs, and ate some more. For our diverse, multidisciplinary team of designers, planners, strategists, creatives, storytellers, and account leaders scattered across offices in New York, Vancouver, Montreal, and Austin, this week was as energizing as it was career-affirming.
