We are dedicated to developing innovative programs that meet the complex needs of our diverse community and that align with our organizational values.

What We Offer

As an organization led by and for people of color and survivors of violence, we are deeply committed to our team’s wellness. We seek to create a supportive environment by offering: unlimited PTO; flexible schedules; a hybrid workplace policy; health benefits coverage up to 90% for staff and their families; 403(b) retirement plans; a staff wellness committee; time to play and laugh together, and much more. We are constantly improving and encourage input from team members to help us shape an affirming and uplifting workplace.
