This Role Is Tailor-Made For You Because

You have expertise in Footwear Design, a passion for sneakers, and understand how to initiate fashion-driven concepts each season that reflect the creative vision and Tory Burch aesthetic. You are organized & detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities. You are excited to be a part of a dynamic, creative environment where you will collaborate with talented designers and cross-functional partners.

A Day In The Life

The typical day is... atypical. You might be creating sketches and product prototypes, partnering with our Design Director to refine seasonal concepts and color palettes, or traveling to factories overseas. The consistent thread is that you'll be bringing creative ideas to the table and working with an amazing team of cross-functional partners who share your passion for excellence... and beautiful product!

To Land This Role

• Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of footwear design experience working for a luxury retailer
• Experience designing fashion sneakers
• Must provide digital portfolio of work
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to sketch both technical drawings and freeform renderings
• Experience developing product directly with factories; understanding of development from concept through engineering
• Understanding of materials, hardware, leather, and footwear construction required
• Must be able to build all tech packs and pass specs in a detailed, organized and clear manner for factory proto-sample-making

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is 80,000.00 USD - 120,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
