UX/UI Design Manager

**Must be able to work EST hours**

As the UI/UX Design Team Leader, you will spearhead innovation initiatives to match our client's rapid expansion while ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Product Management, you will be tasked with driving the growth of our creative team, establishing new benchmarks, and refining design processes across multiple departments including Product Management, Platform Development, and MarketPlace Development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of UI/UX Designers to enhance their skills and deepen their understanding of our products.
• Develop and refine policies and processes to ensure alignment and efficiency across teams and departments.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams in the planning of new features and projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
• Drive usability studies to inform design decisions, conduct internal sessions, and facilitate customer reviews for feedback.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of essential design assets such as wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Advocate for high-quality design solutions and secure buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• Direct the development of storyboards to effectively communicate design concepts and project plans to clients and leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Design, preferably within CPM/ERM or Finance industries.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in UI/UX Design teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, mentor, and manage designers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives.
