The Biden For President campaign is seeking a Deputy Director of Entertainment Outreach to help lead the team running the strategic integration of celebrities, artists and community influencers across campaign operations. This individual will manage day-to-day operations of the entertainment surrogates team and design outreach and stakeholder engagement strategy. The primary goal will be to leverage the power of entertainment surrogates to drive awareness, engagement, and support for our campaign on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment industry leaders, acting as the primary point of contact to provide them with the necessary resources, information, and support to promote our campaign effectively
  • Manage an internal team focused on entertainment surrogate engagements, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective execution of strategies and achievement of campaign goals
  • Drive team collaboration across campaign teams to ensure that States and HQ teams are deploying entertainment surrogates to reach voters across the country
