Responsible for the oversight, planning, coordinating, and overseeing of department and program assessments and evaluations for the division and works with other leaders in the department on strategic planning efforts. Provides leadership to staff in Cleveland State University (CSU)’s Counseling Center, Disability Services, Student Conduct, Lift-Up Vikes and provides oversight of the Scholar House. Serves as an integral member of the Student Belonging and Success team and is responsible for creating a culture of care, support, and inclusivity to all students. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in higher education or a related field.
Five (5) years of higher education experience in development and implementation of assessment plans for student affairs units and advising student organizations.
Two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience utilizing data and metrics to improve students’ programs and services.
Experience working with campus law enforcement and other campus constituencies in providing accurate, reports of incidents, and investigation of Title IX-related incidents as well as violations of the Student Code of Conduct.
