• Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents. No sponsorship or c2c is available and it is not open to vendors.
• This position is Contract and will have an EST Remote work schedule. The client is not currently open to candidates who do NOT live in EST.
• Candidates experienced with SQL, Snowflake, and healthcare environments are preferred.

Data Analyst Qualifications

• Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar field
• Two to three years of experience working in data analytics field, ideally in healthcare
• Proficiency with SQL programming and developing complex queries (required)
• Experience designing and building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI (required)
• Working knowledge of Python or R (preferred)
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills and desire to solve technical challenges
• Be curious and a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team prioritizing deliverables and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
• Snowflake experience
• Healthcare experience

IT Data Analyst Description

The Data Analyst Contractor will work with the Business Analytics team to help define, measure, and analyze strategic initiatives to advance quality of care, improve operational efficiency, and elevate provider satisfaction through data analysis and visualization. The Data Analyst Contractor will report to the Lead Data Analyst on the Business Analytics team. The role of the Business Analytics team is to collaborate with key stakeholders and business leaders throughout the company across multiple lines of service to define metrics, validate and analyze data, and develop reports to enhance decision-making.

IT Data Analyst Duties

• Responsible for data collection and the analysis process to include business rules, data querying, data cleaning, data exploration, and data visualization
• Collect, integrate and analyze data from multiple datasets to deliver meaningful insights
• Design/Maintain Power BI visualizations and reports for key metrics to identify and monitor initiatives Enhance decision making and improve processes through statistical analysis and data ion
• Provide recommendations related to data collection processes and dashboard designs Perform other duties as assigned
