Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing and Logistics Coordinator to join our client onsite in Amesbury, MA in this direct-hire position. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, logistics management, and maintaining excellent communication with sales personnel, customers, and vendors.

Location: Amesbury, MA (100% onsite)

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders and quotes regularly communicating with sales teams
• Process bill of materials and routings
• Schedule customer purchases to meet delivery dates aligning with needed materials and inventory levels
• Track and communicate customer purchase orders with customers and internal stakeholders as needed
• Prepare, track, and manage documentation for local and international shipments
• Submit purchase orders with vendors for products, materials, and logistic services

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience with order processing within a construction or manufacturing environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
• Process-minded with strong data analytical abilities and excellent time management
• Proficient with NetSuite, Timberline, M2M, or similar software
