Customer Service Manager (Contract)

The Earthling Co. is looking for a highly experienced Customer Service Manager Contractor who will help us strategize and execute our customer service strategies.

The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, customer/community-oriented, passionate, and have great attention to detail.

This role will involve a blend of auditing our customer service efforts, building response macros, training customer service teammates, optimizing systems, and more.

This role is contract and the hours will fluctuate week to week with growth potential over time.
