This is a full-time remote position. Work schedule will be 35 to 40 hours weekly during our hours of operation: 8:30am – 5pm Pacific Time / 11:30am – 8pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
Reimagined Parking is more than a parking management company. In addition to our comprehensive parking management services, we provide parking technology, parking consultation services, mobility services (like EV charging stations), and powerful alternative-use cases for parking real estate. We are parking innovators—transforming underutilized urban properties into thriving multi-use spaces.
As a Customer Experience Representative (CXR), you will be handling calls, emails, online forms, and other channels of communication that we receive from our parking customers. This role will primarily be handling customer inquiries and payments for parking notices. A successful CXR provides consistent, efficient, and professional customer service in assisting internal and external customers with monthly and daily parking requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding parking violation notices, general parking inquiries, monthly parking, and other assigned duties
Process secure payments for parking violation notices
Operate with Speed, Agility and Accuracy
Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle back-to-back interactions in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Toggle between multiple Reimagined Parking systems and databases to look up information, update records, and log key details about customer interactions
Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal (phone) and textual (email, chat, and SMS) communications
Maintain customer records and handle customer information with sensitivity to privacy
Champion Customer Success
Demonstrate empathy and excellent listening skills
Demonstrate superior grammar skills, and professional written language.
Foster customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints
Embrace performance-based targets and call monitoring/recording

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent certification
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise
Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
40 WPM typing speed
Consistent attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
Ability to work from a seated position at a desk and talk on the phone for 8 hours a day
Designated quiet uninterrupted workspace at home with a reliable high-speed internet connection
Computer with 6GB RAM, USB wired headset and mic, a keyboard with numpad, and monitor for use during probation
An Android smartphone or iPhone is required for 2-factor authentication
A knowledge of contact center policies and software, including CRM, phone systems, etc. is an asset but is not required.

What We’ll Provide
