Service Credit Union is seeking a Custodian in our Maintenance department where you will be responsible for assuring the Corporate Headquarters, are kept neat, clean, and sanitary on a daily basis.
Pay: $18.00/hour, flexible based on experience.
Hours: Full time, Monday Friday, 8:30 5:00
Work location: Portsmouth, NH

The Day to Day:
Clean and disinfect all assigned building areas such as: restrooms, kitchenettes, break rooms, trash, furniture, floors, walls, mirrors, and other areas as deemed necessary.
Complies with proper safety policies and procedures required but especially when using any chemicals or in cleaning of restrooms.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Good time management and organization skills.
Ability to work well independently.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Physical requirements:
Regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
Regularly climb stepladders and stairs
Have the flexibility to bend/stoop, squat repetitively during shift
Regularly kneel repetitively for shift
Stretch/reach on a repetitive basis for shift
Ability to stand for up to 2 hours.
Ability to travel to other work locations as required, if needed
