Our programs are designed to guide individuals in launching and managing successful dropshipping businesses and initiating thriving online service-oriented businesses.

As our Creative Director, you will lead the creative vision behind new educational offers and content for our online programs, coaching individuals to launch successful e-commerce and service-based businesses. With direct response expertise, you will creative direct compelling offers, ads, VSLs and landing pages to attract and convert aspiring entrepreneurs. Managing a team of creative specialists, you will leverage your deep experience in the online education and direct response industry to expand the impact of our industry-leading biz opp and dropshipping curriculums.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies for our dropshipping and service-based business programs, ensuring they resonate with our target audience of aspiring entrepreneurs.
  • Conceptualize, write, and edit compelling and informative content across offers, ads, VSLs and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our educational content is aligned with our curriculum and meets the evolving needs of our students.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative specialists, including designers, copywriters, and videographers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Analyze program performance and data to identify areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Present creative concepts, strategies, and results to senior leadership, demonstrating the impact of your work on the company's success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in online education, direct response marketing, or a related creative field.
  • Proven track record of developing compelling and results-oriented creative content that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Expertise in crafting engaging landing pages, sales videos (VSLs), and social media ads that convert prospects into paying students.
  • In-depth understanding of dropshipping and service-based business models, including market trends, target audiences, and industry-specific challenges.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for education and entrepreneurship, driven to empower others to achieve financial independence through business success.
